You are made of a wild, and powerful energy
born into captivity and tamed.
There may be a door on that cage,
but it is not locked.
Open the door. Set yourself free.

What's this all about?
Hello!
You’re not lost.
You didn’t click the wrong thing.
You're not in danger.
I’ve wanted to create a place like this for a long time —
a place where you don’t have to explain yourself, clean yourself up, or pretend you’re not thinking the thoughts you’re thinking.
What you’re reading right now
is the beginning of that space.
Not a brand.
Not a self-improvement project.
Not a movement.
Just a living, breathing corner of the internet
where truth is welcome, curiosity is encouraged,
and nobody gets kicked out for changing their mind.
This space is for you if something in your life has started to shift —
quietly or loudly — and you're feeling a bit restless.
Maybe your sense of identity is changing.
Who you are.
Who you love.
What you want.
What no longer fits.
Maybe there’s been a sexual or relational awakening later in life
that you definitely didn’t plan for —
and you’re trying to make sense of it
without turning it into a crisis or a secret.
Maybe the beliefs, rules, or religion you were raised with
have started to feel… off.
Not evil (well maybe a little evil)
Not stupid (well maybe a little stupid)
Most likely - at the very least - no longer true for you.
Maybe you’re exhausted.
From performing.
From pretending.
From trying to be the “right” version of yourself
so no one gets uncomfortable.
Or maybe you don’t have language for any of this yet —
you just know the life you landed in
isn’t the life you came here to live.
And something in you
is getting restless.
If any part of that made you feel seen instead of explained to,
you’re in the right place.
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m not here to tell you who you are.
And I’m definitely not here to sell you a better shinier version of the latest self-help craze.
I’m here because I’ve lived the moment
where the cage door swings open —
and you realize it was never locked in the first place.
A life uncaged
is the best life I can imagine.
I’m really glad you’re here.
